1. How to place an order?
First of all you need to either login to your existing TeesHut account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one. Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference. Click the ‘Add To Cart’ button After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
2. How will I receive my Order confirmation?
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. You will also receive intimation through Message on your registered mobile number. You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive and we shall do the remainder!
3. How do we deliver?
We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
4. I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted, what’s happening?
Initially, we advise you to check your bank account again to ensure that the requisite money has been debited or not. In case of a payment failure (money not received in our account), the money is normally credited back to the account within 3 business days. If you have any other issues relating to the payments you can reach us at support@teeshut.in or call our helpline to sort things out.
5. How to check the status of your Order?
For this you need to login into your account from which the order has been placed. Under my account select the option of orders. Click on your orders, where you can click on track orders to find the current status of your order. Apart from this when your order is successfully placed with us you will receive an order confirmation message. Our team will keep you duly updated whenever your product is shipped so as to keep you informed about product status even in case of shipment delays or any other unforeseen delay. If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at support@teeshut.in, we will see what we can do to help.
6. COD option not showing on the payment page?
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

2. How long will the delivery take?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). We make sure that we keep you updated to the estimated date of your delivery.
3. Are there any shipping charges?
Teeshut.In provides free shipping on all orders above INR 199/-. A shipping charge of only INR 50/- is charged on orders below INR 199/-.
4. In case my order goes undelivered?
If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product (prepaid orders only) and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as balance to your original payment method or TeesHut account wallet which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
5. IS COD available on all orders?
COD is available on all products except Couple T-shirts and subject to your pin code availability. Rs.60/- shall be charged to the customers as COD fees as it goes directly to delivery partner.
1. What is your Return/ Exchange Policy?
• Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
• In case you didn’t like the color, fit, style of our garments you can apply for return or exchange by clicking on refund button in your teeshut.in account. No questions asked !!!.
• For every returned order, either it is size issue or color issue, refund will be done in your TeesHut wallet only. Using refunded amount you can place new order.
• Defective products need not be sent back to us. If you have received a defective product, select the refund option under my account against your order no. and attach images. We will get back to you asap.
• If you want to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this except for manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacturing issue, you can raise request for refund.
• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
• Any additional charges like Gift wrapping, COD charges, Additional shipping charges, will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
• To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on boxers and Special edition t-shirts. We may also refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
2. How does the return process works?
To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
• Go to 'Orders'
• Click on the refund button next to the order you want to return.
• Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
• Submit your refund request.
• In case your pin-code is non serviceable for the reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit courier charges in your TeesHut wallet in lieu of the shipping costs.

• On receiving the product at the warehouse, and approval from the QC department, refund will be provided in your TeesHut wallet or original payment method as per your convenience.
• Refund for COD orders will only be given in TeesHut wallet.
Orders which are yet to be shipped can be cancelled by logging into your TeesHut account by clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’. However, we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
1. Do you take bulk orders/ customise products?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at support@teeshut.in. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order. You can check out our Bulk/ Custom Orders page for more details.
2. I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Yes our support team can surely help you with this at support@teeshut.in. But to make it work you need to ensure that you let us know about it as soon as the order is confirmed from our side. This can be done only in prepaid orders.
3. The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
You will be refunded only the amount that has been paid by you for the product after the discount.
